I am a San Diego-based Illustrator who studied Graphic Design in the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City , where I was born. Later on, I had the opportunity to take an illustration specialty in La Academia de San Carlos, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México under the lead of Gerardo Suzan—who was a revered leader in the Mexican illustration scene.

I have been a successful, award-winning illustrator for more than a decade. I have published four books and illustrated for dozens of magazines in Mexico City, Brazil and England. My work has been part of relevant social projects and exhibitions in various countries. I also have a Domestika class in which I show my creative process in the making of an illustrated poster.

I love creating and experimenting with shapes and colors in both the digital and physical spaces. With everything I do, I try to include geometry, vibrant colors, and the variety I crave in life. I like having fun and all things positive, surreal, and with a lighthearted, rebellious humor.

I’m a highly sensible explorer with a bit of a scattered mind and a deep interest for human experience, growth, and harmony.
